By enrolling in the 90 Day Buy and Hold Challenge provided by Prosperity By Design LLC, you (“Participant” or “You”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with these terms, do not enroll.
Enrollment in the 90 Day Buy and Hold Challenge includes:
A one-time payment of $5,000, which grants access to 90 1-hour training modules designed to take you from zero experience to completing your first real estate deal.
After 1 year, you will receive complimentary lifetime access, contingent on remaining in good standing.
A $97/month subscription is required to maintain access to:
-Daily 1-hour training modules
-B&H Challenge community group portal
- Daily Zoom coaching calls (Monday–Friday, 9:00–10:00 AM PST)
-Access to the upcoming Property Portal
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for the $5,000 enrollment fee, only if no training content has been accessed.
Content access is defined as:
-Logging into the Community platform
-Viewing any training modules
-Attending any Zoom calls
-Posting within the GoHighLevel Prosperity Control community
After accessing content or after the 7-day period, no refunds will be issued including for the $97/month Mastermind fee.

All disputes must follow the official process:
Step 1: Initial Contact

-You will receive a response within 48 hours referencing the refund policy and access records.
Step 2: Escalation
-If unresolved, the dispute will be reviewed by a senior team member within 5 business days. We may offer alternate resolutions (e.g., a bonus coaching session).
Step 3: Mediation
-If still unresolved, both parties agree to mediation with a neutral third-party mediator approved by Prosperity By Design LLC within 30 days. Costs are split equally. Mediation is confidential.
Step 4: Final Legal Resolution
-If mediation fails, disputes will be resolved in accordance with the laws of [Your State] and in the courts of [Your City, State].
You agree to exhaust this process prior to initiating chargebacks or legal claims. Unauthorized chargebacks will result in immediate termination from the program.

A warning will be issued, followed by permanent removal after 7 days if unresolved. Chargebacks result in
